Companies today need to have simple and effective analytical tools at hand as well as the skilled and trained staff to use these tools. Organizations now have a pressing need to be more productive. One of the organization's main purposes is to identify and solve problems and to do that effectively, teams need to apply a systematic approach to problem-solving.

This training program aims to give the participant the skills to use the different tools to analyze production problems, plot out the root causes of these problems and derive the needed actions to effect improvement.

The training is conducted in the environment of Lean Manufacturing and stresses the principles of continuous improvement to achieve competitive advantage.
