This program will help your staff combine their individual knowledge and skills towards the effective implementation of a successful 5S program. It starts with exploring the 5S concepts and how many companies have used it successfully to improve their production and quality levels. The program focuses on how construct and conduct meaningful 5S audits of the workplace and takes the participant beyond housekeeping to pro-actively using 5S techniques to find ways to improve processes in their workplace and eliminate waste and wasteful non-value adding activities.

The presenters will demonstrate through a combination of lectures, case studies and workshops how to transition from the traditional business model to one of innovative change. You will receive step-by-step guidelines of the specific tools and techniques and how to fit these in ‘both’ the office and work environments.
