Course Overview

This course focuses on

  • using non-verbals to diffuse situations
  • using the right language in ambiguous situations
  • using language to parry hostility
  • asking the right questions to get to the bottom of a situation
  • knowing who and what you are faced with

After the 1 day course the participant will have a better understanding of how to use non-verbals and language to deal with and manage situations which come up. He/she going to be able to recognize potentially difficult situations and deal with them accordingly, making him/her a more diplomatic negotiator and conflict manager.
