Has worked with Procter & Gamble Philippines, Del Monte Philippines, Metro Pacific Corporation, Pepsi Cola Bottlers Inc., Sterling Tobacco Corporation, Henkel Philippines holding senior executive positions.

He Has practiced his sales training locally as well as in other Asian countries. Bong finished his AB Economics at the Ateneo de Manila University.
